washed and dried, stems removed

hazelnut oil

champagne vinegar
Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

toasted and skinned hazelnuts
Instructions
Place the watercress in a serving bowl.
Whisk together the oil and vinegar until well blended. Season to taste.
Drizzle the oil and vinegar mixture over the watercress and toss lightly.
Top with the whole hazelnuts and serve immediately.
