Instructions
Chop the shrimp coarsely and combine with the chives, mustard, capers, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add more mayonnaise if necessary to make a spreadable mixture. Add Tabasco and blend well.
Spread the filling over the insides of the pitas. Garnish the sandwiches with egg slices, watercress sprigs and olives.
