Instructions
Cut the meat in julienne strips about 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long.
Slice the onions and celery diagonally.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the meat, onions, celery, peppers, and mushrooms. Stir fry for 5 minutes, then add the bean sprouts.
In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and soy sauce with the chicken broth. Add to pan mixture. Stir until the liquid is slightly thickened.
Serve with hot rice.
