Ingredients

unrefined corn germ oil

pure maple syrup

Instructions
Mix the flours and oat flakes.
Rub the oil into the combined flours.
Add the salt, maple syrup, and enough water to make a wet but not runny batter. Stir in the raisins and nuts, if desired.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto an oiled cookie sheet. Press with the back of a spoon. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
These cookies are more moist and chewy if the dough is refrigerated overnight. The next day, add more water, to make a wet but not runny dough. Bake.
