Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups orange juice fresh, frozen or canned
  • 1/2 cup cream for whipping
  • 1/2 cup orange sections
  • 1 tsp grated orange rind

Instructions 

  • Follow directions on package for pudding, using orange juice in place of milk. Add sections and rind. Spoon into serving dishes. Chill. Before serving, top with whipped cream.
