Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup soy flour
  • ¼ cup cornmeal stone-ground corn meal
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tsp low-sodium baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 tbsp raw honey

Instructions 

  • Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Beat the liquid ingredients together. Stir the flour mixture into the liquids.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Add 1 cup warm water in the morning.
  • Bake on a moderately hot griddle.
