Chopped roasted peanuts or cashews
Instructions
Combine spinach, lettuce, chicken, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and carrots in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, gingerroot, and, if desired, hot chili oil, mixing well in a small bowl.
Drizzle over lettuce mixture and toss well.
Transfer to four serving plates and sprinkle with peanuts.
