1/3cupBalsamic Vinegar

2dashes ground black pepperdivided
1tablespooncanola oil
1 ½lbNew York sirloin steak
Instructions
For Salsa: In a large bowl, mix together: tomatoes, artichoke hearts, onion, roasted red peppers, garlic, basil, rosemary, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 1 pinch of salt and one dash of pepper. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
15 minutes before cooking steak, preheat broiler.
Brush both sides of steak with canola oil and 1 pinch of salt and 1 dash of pepper.
Cook steak on broiler pan for 5 minutes. Turn steak over and cook the other side for 5-10 minutes until desired doneness.
