Ingredients

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients with a small wire whisk or fork, blending well.
If you have ice, chill for at least 1/2 hour to let flavors blend.
Serve over steamed vegetables or fish, or in a small bowl as a dipping sauce for raw or steamed vegetables.
