fresh pineapple cut in chunks
Instructions
Cut the beef in bite-sized cubes (about 3/4" x 3/4").
Mix the remaining ingredients (except pineapple) and marinate the beef in them overnight, or for at least an hour.
Remove meat, reserving marinade.
Thread meat on skewers, alternating with pineapple cubes.
Broil or barbecue until meat is of desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade while cooking. Serve with hot rice.
