Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 whole Garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp peanut or sesame oil
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cut in chunks

Instructions 

  • Cut the beef in bite-sized cubes (about 3/4" x 3/4").
  • Mix the remaining ingredients (except pineapple) and marinate the beef in them overnight, or for at least an hour.
  • Remove meat, reserving marinade.
  • Thread meat on skewers, alternating with pineapple cubes.
  • Broil or barbecue until meat is of desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade while cooking. Serve with hot rice.
