2lbhalibut steakcenter-cut halibut steaks (1/2 to 3/4 lbs each)
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a baking dish. Add the halibut and coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Turn fish once.
Heat the grill, allowing it to get very hot, and then cool down slightly. Brush the grill with vegetable oil and immediately place the fish on the grill. Grill each side for about 7 to 8 minutes, until dark grill marks appear. Remove the fish and let cool slightly. Carefully break it into 2-inch chunks.
