Goat Cheese, Fig, and Prosciutto Pizza

- 2 12-inch each pizza dough shells
- 1/4 to ½ cup fig preserves
- 1 4 oz. log goat cheese
- 3 slices prosciutto
- 3 each scallions thinly sliced
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Place pizza shells on a baking sheet. Spread each shell with 2 to 4 Tbsp. fig preserves, or to taste. Crumble half the goat cheese over each pie. Tear the prosciutto into strips and lay on top of the goat cheese. Sprinkle scallions on top.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese softens and shell is warmed through. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
