cut in strips (about 2 1/2" x 1/2")

carrots
cut in strips

can chopped clams
undrained

medium onion
peeled and sliced

stick butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

dill seed or weed
Instructions
Lightly grease a 2-quart baking casserole dish.
Place the potato strips in the bottom.
Next layer the carrots, followed by clams with juice, and finally the onion.
Melt the butter with seasonings and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350° covered, for 45 minutes.
After baking, you can sprinkle this dish with paprika and fresh parsley, if desired.
