In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cutlets and onion to the skillet and sauté the pork quickly about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the cutlets. Cook, stirring gently from time to time, over low heat until the sauce thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Place the meat on a plate and spoon the peaches and sauce over them. Can be served with cooked rice or noodles.
