Instructions
In medium bowl, place frozen peas; cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces; drain peas and add to bowl with remaining salad ingredients.
Prepare the dressing: In cup, combine dressing ingredients; stir with fork to mix well.
Toss salad gently with dressing to coat lettuce.
