Grated rind of grapefruit

Instructions
Beat egg with lemon and grapefruit juice until well blended, then add sugar that has been mixed with the grated grapefruit rind and beat well.
Cut circles from the bread slices and dip in the egg mixture.
Fry in a buttered pan until golden brown on both sides.
Cover with orange slices, sift with powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
