Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 whole yellow onion peeled and sliced
  • 1 lb beef flank steak
  • 2 whole fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
  • 2 whole tomatoes diced
  • 1 whole Garlic clove minced
  • 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
  • 6 whole flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
  • Trim beef of any fat and cut into 1/2" dice. Add beef and jalapeños to onions, increase heat to high, and brown meat for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, and H&H spice salt, adding more if needed.
  • To serve, wrap in warm flour tortillas.
