Instructions
Preheat a waffle iron.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter together in a separate bowl, until well combined. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
Ladle the batter into the heated waffle iron and cook until the waffles stop steaming and are brown and crisp.
