Instructions
Dust the steaks with pepper; do not salt until after the meat is done to prevent toughness.
Place the steaks on a very hot grill for 7 or 8 minutes per side.
Remove from grill; brush immediately with olive oil and salt.
Serve accompanied by lemon wedges.
