Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook broccoli and corn, separately, according to package directions; drain. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, butter, and flour in a blender container; blend until smooth and set aside. Combine broccoli, corn, cheese, onion, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl; blend in cottage cheese mixture. Gently spoon into a greased 8 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle bacon and crushed crackers on top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
