Ingredients

haddock or other lean fish fillets

tsp
Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 tsp dry mustard or 1 tsp fennel
dill or celery seed

cup
or more freshly cooked or canned shrimp or crab meat

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place 4 haddock or other lean fish fillets on an ovenproof dish.
Prepare Mornay Sauce.
Season the sauce well, adding Worcestershire sauce, or dry mustard, or fennel, dill or celery seed.
Pour it over the fillets. Bake the fish until done. You may sprinkle over the top: (1 cup or more freshly cooked or canned shrimp or crab meat)
Place the dish under a broiler until thoroughly warmed. Garnish withChopped parsley.
