Ingredients
  

  • Rounds of bread
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 slices minced crisp bacon
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • A few grains cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Toast bread on one side.
  • Mix together cheese, bacon, dry mustard, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spread the untoasted side of bread thickly with cheese mixture.
  • Broil the canapés until cheese is melted.
