Ingredients

each Salmon Fillets 6 ounces

teaspoon
vegetable oil
1
tablespoon
butter
½
teaspoon
brown sugar

teaspoon
maple syrup
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
3. Sprinkle fish with salt; rub fish with spice mixture.
4. Heat oil and butter in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Place fish in skillet, flesh side down, sear fish 5 minutes.
5. Turn fish over in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
6. Place pan in hot oven and bake, 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
7. Carefully remove hot pan from oven. Drizzle fish with maple syrup and serve.
