Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches of fresh watercress washed and dried, stems removed
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup toasted and skinned hazelnuts

Instructions 

  • Place the watercress in a serving bowl.
  • Whisk together the oil and vinegar until well blended. Season to taste.
  • Drizzle the oil and vinegar mixture over the watercress and toss lightly.
  • Top with the whole hazelnuts and serve immediately.
