Ingredients
- 2 bunches of fresh watercress washed and dried, stems removed
- 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
- Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup toasted and skinned hazelnuts
Instructions
- Place the watercress in a serving bowl.
- Whisk together the oil and vinegar until well blended. Season to taste.
- Drizzle the oil and vinegar mixture over the watercress and toss lightly.
- Top with the whole hazelnuts and serve immediately.
