Ingredients
- 3 cups flaked trout
- 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 medium onion minced
- 2 large chicken eggs whisked
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Grease a loaf pan of suitable size, then spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Bake in the center of the oven for 1 hour.
- Top the loaf with warm Hot Creole Sauce. Serve hot.
