Ingredients
- 5 lbs spareribs in racks
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 4 tablespoons onion finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Fresh parsley minced
- 4 cups dried bread crumbs
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 dash salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place half the spareribs on the bottom of a shallow baking pan. Spread the stuffing(butter-thru salt) over them, and cover with the remaining spareribs. Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Divide the ribs and serve with the stuffing.
