Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of horseradish
- 1/4 pint of thick cream
- salt
- lemon juice
- few drops of olive oil
Instructions
- About 1 tbsp of horseradish is stirred into 1/4 pint of thick cream; season with salt and squeeze in a little lemon juice. Add a few drops of olive oil; this stabilises the sauce, which should be thick and quite smooth.
