Rosemary Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 whole Garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup minced shallots
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 1 dash salt or to taste
- 1 dash pepper or to taste
- 1 - 2 tsp honey optional
- 1/3 cup dijon-style mustard
Instructions
- Add garlic, rosemary and shallot. Simmer these ingredients until soft.
- In a small sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Whisk in mustard, vinegar and broth and let reduce. Season with salt and pepper. Add honey if desired.
