Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup minced shallots
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 dash salt or to taste
  • 1 dash pepper or to taste
  • 1 - 2 tsp honey optional
  • 1/3 cup dijon-style mustard

Instructions 

  • Add garlic, rosemary and shallot. Simmer these ingredients until soft.
  • In a small sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Whisk in mustard, vinegar and broth and let reduce. Season with salt and pepper. Add honey if desired.
