Ingredients
- 2 lb Plum tomatoes cored and cur in half
- 3 each Cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Place tomatoes cut side up on shallow baking pan. Drizzle oil and sprinkle with garlic over tomatoes.
- 2. Bake, uncovered, until soft for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
