Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 3 lbs boneless shoulder roast
  • 6 - 8 potatoes peeled
  • 4 cups carrots chopped
  • 1 10-3/4- ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1 package dry onion soup
  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Brown roast and put in cooking bag.
  • Put potatoes and carrots around roast. Pour mushroom soup and onion soup on top and add 1 cup of water.
  • Tie bag and put five 1-inch slits in top of bag.
  • Cook for 2 - 3 hours.
