Roast in a Bag

Ingredients
- 2 - 3 lbs boneless shoulder roast
- 6 - 8 potatoes peeled
- 4 cups carrots chopped
- 1 10-3/4- ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown roast and put in cooking bag.
- Put potatoes and carrots around roast. Pour mushroom soup and onion soup on top and add 1 cup of water.
- Tie bag and put five 1-inch slits in top of bag.
- Cook for 2 - 3 hours.
