Raspberry Melba Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 oz Frozen red raspberries thawed
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice fresh (Juice of 1/2 lemon)
- ΒΌ cup B&B liqueur
- 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, except the dissolved cornstarch, and blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve into a medium-sized saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
- Add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cover and set aside.
