Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Frozen red raspberries thawed
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice fresh (Juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • ΒΌ cup B&B liqueur
  • 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water

Instructions 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, except the dissolved cornstarch, and blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve into a medium-sized saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
  • Add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cover and set aside.
