Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh garlic chives
  • 1/4 cup pecans toasted
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup parsley lemon basil or garlic chives white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving.
