Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon finely chopped
  • 12 oz. finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup goat cheese
  • 18 thin slices baguette toasted
  • Minced chives for garnish

Instructions 

  • 1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove with a slotted spoon and reserve for garnish. Reduce heat to low, add mushrooms, and cook until caramelized, 10 to 12 minutes. Add wine and cook until absorbed; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2. Spread goat cheese evenly over toasted bread slices. Top evenly with mushrooms, bacon, and a sprinkle of minced chives.
