Lemon-Garlic Sauce for Vegetables

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 whole garlic clove crushed
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients with a small wire whisk or fork, blending well.
- If you have ice, chill for at least 1/2 hour to let flavors blend.
- Serve over steamed vegetables or fish, or in a small bowl as a dipping sauce for raw or steamed vegetables.
