Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 whole garlic clove crushed
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients with a small wire whisk or fork, blending well.
  • If you have ice, chill for at least 1/2 hour to let flavors blend.
  • Serve over steamed vegetables or fish, or in a small bowl as a dipping sauce for raw or steamed vegetables.
