Goat Cheese, Fig, and Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 2 12-inch each pizza dough shells
  • 1/4 to ½ cup fig preserves
  • 1 4 oz. log goat cheese
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 3 each scallions thinly sliced

Instructions 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • 2. Place pizza shells on a baking sheet. Spread each shell with 2 to 4 Tbsp. fig preserves, or to taste. Crumble half the goat cheese over each pie. Tear the prosciutto into strips and lay on top of the goat cheese. Sprinkle scallions on top.
  • 3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese softens and shell is warmed through. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
