Ingredients
- 1/4 lb plus 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5 cups hot fish stock
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan and stir in the flour.
- 2 When blended and smooth add the fish stock and stir vigorously with a wire whisk.
- When sauce is thickened and smooth, cook about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
