Crisp Bell Pepper Medley with Fontina and Smoked Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 1 whole pizza dough shape to 12 inch crust
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup Green bell peppers cut into strips
- 1 cup red pepper medium-sized
- 1 med yellow bell pepper
- 6 oz shredded fontina cheese
- 6 oz shredded smoked mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves shredded fine
Instructions
- Prebake pizza crust according to pkg. instructions. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust up to 1/2 inch from its edge.
- Stem and seed the peppers, cutting whole peppers into quarters. Cut crosswise into thin strips. Arrange the strips on top of the sauce in a pattern that pleases you. Spread evenly with the fontina and smoked mozzarella.
- Bake the pizza until the cheese has melted and begun to brown slightly, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a cutting board, garnish with basil, and cut into slices.
