Ingredients
- 5 oz frozen peas
- 1 whole Romaine lettuce head washed and dried, cut into pieces (small head of lettuce)
- 1 whole lettuce small head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 whole cucumber small, thinly sliced
- 3 each green onions chopped
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ΒΌ teaspoon Oregano leaves crushed
- 1/8 tsp seasoned pepper
Instructions
- In medium bowl, place frozen peas; cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces; drain peas and add to bowl with remaining salad ingredients.
- Prepare the dressing: In cup, combine dressing ingredients; stir with fork to mix well.
- Toss salad gently with dressing to coat lettuce.
