Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz frozen peas
  • 1 whole Romaine lettuce head washed and dried, cut into pieces (small head of lettuce)
  • 1 whole lettuce small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 whole cucumber small, thinly sliced
  • 3 each green onions chopped
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ΒΌ teaspoon Oregano leaves crushed
  • 1/8 tsp seasoned pepper

Instructions 

  • In medium bowl, place frozen peas; cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in large bowl, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces; drain peas and add to bowl with remaining salad ingredients.
  • Prepare the dressing: In cup, combine dressing ingredients; stir with fork to mix well.
  • Toss salad gently with dressing to coat lettuce.
