Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • ½ whole red cabbage cored and shredded
  • ½ whole green cabbage or savoy cored and shredded
  • 2 whole carrots shredded
  • 1 whole yellow bell pepper or red bell pepper seeded, deribbed and cut into thin strips
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash Freshly ground pepper

Instructions 

  • IN A MEDIUM BOWL, whisk honey, vinegar, and oil together. Stir in dill and relish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cabbages, carrots, and bell peppers. Toss with vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper.
