Chicken in Creamy Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts split, boned, and skinned
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper as desired
- 2 whole Garlic cloves minced
- 8 oz stewed tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 each avocado ripe, peeled, seeded, and diced
- ¼ cup cilantro coarsely chopped

- Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Heat oil in a large skillet. Sprinkle chicken with cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper. Place chicken and garlic in skillet and cook over medium-high heat, 2 minutes per side. Cook
