Ingredients
- 2 whole cantaloupes
- 8 oz. chicken lobster or crabmeat
- 4 oz. pickles diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp tarragon chopped
Instructions
- Cut cantaloupes in half and remove melon from shells. Dice melon and combine with chicken, lobster, or crab, and pickles. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped tarragon and blend into mixture. Fill melon halves with salad, chill, and serve on crushed ice.
