Ingredients
  

  • 6 med potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 dash ground paprika to taste
  • 1 dash salt to taste
  • 1 dash Black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Instructions 

  • Peel and quarter 6 medium-size potatoes. Place in a shallow baking dish with 4 tablespoons melted butter. Coat potatoes, season well with salt, paprika, and pepper. Bake in hot oven (400°F) 30 to 45 minutes. Or add to roasting pan 1 hour before meat is done and toss to coat with drippings.
