Ingredients
- 4 whole porterhouse or sirloin steak at least 1" thick
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ whole lemon cut into wedges
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Dust the steaks with pepper; do not salt until after the meat is done to prevent toughness.
- Place the steaks on a very hot grill for 7 or 8 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill; brush immediately with olive oil and salt.
- Serve accompanied by lemon wedges.
