Ingredients
  

  • 4 haddock or other lean fish fillets
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 tsp dry mustard or 1 tsp fennel dill or celery seed
  • 1 cup or more freshly cooked or canned shrimp or crab meat optional
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Place 4 haddock or other lean fish fillets on an ovenproof dish.
  • Prepare Mornay Sauce.
  • Season the sauce well, adding Worcestershire sauce, or dry mustard, or fennel, dill or celery seed.
  • Pour it over the fillets. Bake the fish until done. You may sprinkle over the top: (1 cup or more freshly cooked or canned shrimp or crab meat)
  • Place the dish under a broiler until thoroughly warmed. Garnish withChopped parsley.
