Ingredients
- 4 haddock or other lean fish fillets
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 tsp dry mustard or 1 tsp fennel dill or celery seed
- 1 cup or more freshly cooked or canned shrimp or crab meat optional
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place 4 haddock or other lean fish fillets on an ovenproof dish.
- Prepare Mornay Sauce.
- Season the sauce well, adding Worcestershire sauce, or dry mustard, or fennel, dill or celery seed.
- Pour it over the fillets. Bake the fish until done. You may sprinkle over the top: (1 cup or more freshly cooked or canned shrimp or crab meat)
- Place the dish under a broiler until thoroughly warmed. Garnish withChopped parsley.
