Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tbsp minced mint
  • 1/2 tbsp minced green onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
