Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs spareribs in racks
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 4 tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh parsley minced
  • 4 cups dried bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 dash salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place half the spareribs on the bottom of a shallow baking pan. Spread the stuffing(butter-thru salt) over them, and cover with the remaining spareribs. Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Divide the ribs and serve with the stuffing.
