Steamed Broccoli with Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 16 ozs broccoli
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 whole Cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean and cut up the broccoli. Steam it, covered, in a steamer basket over boiling water until the thickest stems are just tender when pierced with a sharp knife, about 6 - 10 minutes. Drain.
- Toss the cooked broccoli with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 or 2 cloves of minced garlic, and a little lemon juice.
