Pork Chops and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups instant rice
- 21 ½ ozs (2 10-3/4 cans) cream of chicken soup
- 6 whole pork chops
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare instant rice according to directions to serve six. When cooked, add soup. Brown pork chops in butter in skillet, then layer in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish: first rice mixture, then chops, then rice. Bake until edges of dish are brown.
