Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy flour
- ΒΌ cup cornmeal stone-ground corn meal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp low-sodium baking powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Beat the liquid ingredients together. Stir the flour mixture into the liquids.
- Refrigerate overnight. Add 1 cup warm water in the morning.
- Bake on a moderately hot griddle.
