Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp MSG

Instructions 

  • In a medium mixing bowl combine the ground beef, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, and MSG. Mix together welt and form into four big patties. Broil, fry, or grill until done to your taste. Serve on a bun with lettuce and tomato.
